Creative services to
make your mission speak.
We’ll map your message, together.
Where are you now?
Clarifying your message and taking stock of what’s working (and what’s not).
We start by understanding your current communications—what you're saying, how you're showing up, and how it all feels to your audience. This includes a review of your messaging, visual identity, and brand consistency across platforms. I look for gaps, confusion, or missed opportunities and bring fresh perspective to help you see your brand more clearly.
Focus areas:
Message and brand clarity
Voice and tone alignment
Visual consistency
Audience connection
Communications audit (written and visual materials)
Where do you want to go?
Defining your goals and who you're trying to reach.
Next, we dig into your vision—what you want your communications to accomplish, who you're trying to engage, and how you want your brand to feel and be remembered. This step is about aligning your message and image with your bigger mission.
Focus areas:
Communications objectives
Fundraising goals
Audience priorities and messaging segmentation
Brand values, personality, and positioning
Opportunities for stronger engagement or connection
How do you get there?
Creating a roadmap for clear, consistent, and cohesive communication.
With clarity and direction in place, I help you build a simple, strategic plan to move forward—what to say, where to say it, and how to keep things consistent. Whether it’s an annual plan or a campaign-specific roadmap, you’ll walk away with a practical guide to help your team stay on track and on brand.
Focus areas:
Key message frameworks
Content strategy (what to say, when, and where)
Brand cohesion (written and visual)
Editorial calendar or campaign roadmap
Metrics for success

FAQs
-
A fractional communications partner is a part-time, outsourced expert who steps into your team to provide communications strategy, messaging, content creation, and/or design—without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
-
I work with nonprofits, churches, and faith-based organizations who need experienced communications strategy and support, but aren’t ready to hire in-house.
-
Unlike a freelancer who is focused on one-off tasks, I act as an embedded part of your team—learning your voice, priorities, and mission to bring consistency and strategy to all your communications. And unlike a large agency, you’ll always have one point of contact, a more affordable price point, and consistency across your messaging without multiple hands in the mix.
-
Absolutely. While I don’t offer custom packages, our strategic sessions help clarify your priorities and from there I’ll focus where I’m most needed. That might be refining your messaging, creating compelling copy, building visual assets, or something else entirely. My goal is to support your mission where it matters most.

Yes. Here they are:
Day-to-Day Social Media Management (e.g., scheduling posts, replying to comments, moderating DMs) - I’m happy to help develop your messaging and visuals for social, but I don’t manage platforms directly.
Web Development or Coding (e.g. building sites from scratch, troubleshooting tech issues) - I can help shape your site’s content and design direction, and work alongside a developer to bring it to life.
Email Platform Setup & Automation Builds - I’ll help you write and design your emails and sequences, but I leave the backend tech setup to platform specialists.
Public Relations or Media Outreach (e.g. pitching stories to press, managing interviews, crisis comms) - If PR is part of your plan, I can help you clarify your story and messaging, but I don’t handle outreach directly.
Printing & Production Management (e.g. sourcing vendors, pricing print jobs, shipping materials) - I’ll provide press-ready design files and specs, and you can work with your preferred print vendor to handle the rest.
Donor Management (e.g. database or CRM management, direct fundraising, donor meetings) - I’ll support your fundraising messaging and materials, in collaboration with your development or advancement lead.
